Account Information

When you create a StrataMake account, we collect your email address, username, and password (hashed). If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Content You Create

We store AI-generated images, 3D models, and related metadata (prompts, generation parameters, timestamps) that you create using our platform. Files are stored in AWS S3 with content-addressable hashing.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe provides us with transaction records, billing email, and payment status for credit purchases and subscriptions.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, generation history, and API requests. This data helps us improve the service.

Device and Connection Information

We may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers when you access StrataMake.

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve StrataMake services; process AI image generation and 3D model creation requests; manage your account, credits, and subscriptions; process build requests and connect you with print partners; enable community features such as posts, comments, reactions, and follows; send transactional emails (verification, password reset, generation notifications) via Amazon SES; detect, prevent, and address security issues and abuse; comply with legal obligations.

Service Providers

We share data with third-party providers that help us operate the platform: Amazon Web Services (hosting, S3 storage, SES email, ElastiCache), Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, DDoS protection, Turnstile verification), and AI model providers for generation services.

Community Content

Content you choose to make public (posts, public assets, profile information) is visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of StrataMake, our users, or the public.

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure. Files are stored in private S3 buckets with content-addressable storage (SHA-256 hashing). CDN-served assets use Cloudflare with immutable caching. The database is hosted on Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL). We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit, and Cloudflare Authenticated Origin Pulls for origin security. Access tokens use JWT with short expiry and refresh token rotation.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content (images, 3D models) is retained until you delete it or your account is terminated. You may delete individual assets from your library at any time. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, though some anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access and receive a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; data portability. We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in browser) and session management. Cloudflare may set cookies for security and performance. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

StrataMake is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email. Continued use of StrataMake after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
